You could become a valuable part of our Scout Group

At the 11th Southgate we want to give our young people a great experience of Scouting that will help them obtain valuable Skills For Life

To do this we need a wide team of volunteers to help run the Group.

There are a range of roles that you could be part of.

Executive Committee – Supporting the Group Scout Leader overseas the management and governance of the Group

Section Helpers – Working with one of our sections helping out at some evenings and events supporting the Uniformed Leaders

Uniformed Leadership – Being a part of the program setting and delivery team of one of the sections.

Training and Support – For all roles within the Group there is support in training and development. We do not expect volunteers to know everything required for the role they have chosen rather that they join us and learn with us
